Recruiting Accounts Assistant

Advanced Technical Concepts Ltd. is currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join our existing Accounts team.

Flexible working hours can be offered.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • All aspects of Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Bank, Debtor and Creditor reconciliations
  • Payroll preparation
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working in a finance office is essential. Previous Payroll experience would be an advantage.
  • Numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong IT and keyboard skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be both versatile and a team player.
  • Fluent English.
