Clamps

Advanced Technical Concepts supplies clamps specifically designed for use in industrial clean rooms with the highest demands regarding hygiene and design. Ideal for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry, these clamps are manufactured from stainless steel with silicone (blue) and PTFE (white) insert sizes ranging from 6.8mm to 168.4mm. Top and bottom mount options are available.

ATC also supplies a range of pipe, tube, hose/cable supports that provide a standard solution to the widest possible scope of everyday applications. Basic clamp sizes are from 6mm – 500 mm in both imperial and metric ranges. Ranges include Standard, Heavy, Twin, Lightweight Construction & U-Bolts. Clamp materials available are Polypropylene, Polyamide and Aluminium as standard. Stainless steel clamps can also be supplied.

Sanitary Fittings and Tubing

ATC can supply sanitary fittings and tubing (also called hygienic fittings and tubing).  Sanitary fittings are used because they can be cleaned; either by dismantling the system, manually cleaning it or using a CIP (clean in place) process. A primary requirement for sanitary fittings is that they limit entrapment areas where bacteria could form and propagate. Another requirement is that these fittings are also corrosion resistant in order to withstand the environment in which they are used.
